My interest lied in the fact that after 25 years in healthcare management, I had obtained all the skills that I needed to make myself successful in this business. I have managed people since 1978 in all kinds of capacities...clinical, non-clinical, management and non-management. I have held various levels of management positions ranging from managing a District sales team of 10 to promoted to managing larger sales force as a National Sales Manager. I have managed a single site clinical operation to managing multi-sites. My functional experience ranges from sales to operations and business management.
