How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
RLK's founder, Rick Kuhn, has been involved in facets of the promotional products industry since 1980. He worked as a corporate promotional products purchaser for a large St. Louis-based corporation for many years. That experience gives him insight into the services that corporate purchasers need most.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
RLK & Associates, Inc. is uniquely medium-sized in an industry dominated by large fulfillment warehouses and small promotional products distributors. We've been able to combine all of the services provided by the large fulfillment houses with the personal service of small business. For our clients, it's a winning combination!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one primary office/warehouse/production facility in Weldon Spring, Missouri.
