How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jewelry and gemstones were always an interest of mine since I was a little girl. I loved anything that sparkled! I studied about gemstones and the art of making jewelry as a teenager and young adult and began making jewelry as a hobby for myself and family members. In 2001, I finally decided to turn my passion into a career and the best place I knew to use my gifts and talents that God gave me was Roemer Originals in St. Charles. They were always considered the best in custom design. I joined the team at Roemer's in the spring of 2001 and purchased the store in the spring of 2005. It's a joy to help people create pieces that truly express their own unique style.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Serving our customers and helping them to find just the right piece, whether it's a catalog item or a custom design, is what sets us apart from others. We don't work on commission and our main goal is to serve the customer's needs and help them to find just the right piece for their style and budget.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one location. We're small, family owned, and cozy with no plans to change that.

Located across from Lindenwood University on 1st Capitol Drive in historic St. Charles. We are at the corner of 1st Capitol and Kingshighway, next door to Commerce Bank in an historic house with a green ceramic tile roof.
Coming from 70, take 1st Capitol/Hwy 94 exit North and go about 1 mile. Stay right on 1st Capitol where it turns in front of Lindenwood University and we are around that corner on your right side before Commerce Bank. If you miss our turn, take the Commerce Bank entrance and pull around through the alley in the back into our lot. Call us if you have any trouble. We're happy to help!
