We were started in Weldon Spring in 1999 by Linda Rombach, to provide a personalized alternative to the huge franchise services. For personalization and consistency, we assign one regular cleaner to your home (if she is sick we will have another cleaner to substitute for her if you choose). We also feel this provides you a greater sense of comfort and security, knowing who's in your home.
Everyone is of course insured and bonded and has passed a background check.
We offer flexibility in timing and cleaning items, and never require a contract.
In 2011 we were honored to be the first cleaning service in the greater St. Louis area to be awarded the Better Business Bureau Torch Award.

What is your primary product or service?
We offer personalized, professional house cleaning, by one regular individual. Our range of personalized house cleaning services include basic cleaning such as bathrooms, floors, and dusting; and optional services such as changing bed linens, lemon-oiling furniture, washing dishes or laundry, and other cleaning services as requested.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As the owner, I have a degree in Mass Communications from Franciscan University of Steubenville, in Ohio. However, when I moved back to the St. Louis area after graduation, it was a bad time for newspapers - the St. Louis Sun had just closed. I worked a few places and then stayed home with my son for a few years.
Ready to get back into the workplace, I noticed a huge need for personalized house cleaning services around my home in Weldon Spring, so started doing research on exactly what service homeowners needed and liked, and the best ways to provide this service. The simplicity of what homeowners wanted and still want is the basic premise of my business: they want someone who shows up, and who does a great job.
I opened the business in 1999, and have grown according to the requests of my customers and the market. Owning this business and helping my customers is a constant challenge and joy to me - I love it!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are unique in that we assign ONE regular cleaner to you home, which customers really love. It provides a level of personalization, consistency, and comfort for customers which I believe cannot be achieved by sending a bunch of different people.
We are not a chain or franchise, but are a small and local service.
We also truly customize our service to customer preferences, cleaning with the customer's products if they prefer, cleaning hardwood floors the way they prefer, and doing odds-and-ends jobs such as letting pets out or in. We encourage you to tell us your preferences!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We opened a second office in St. Louis, in March 2010. It is my husband Steve Rabenberg's office, so everything is still all in our family. We intend to stay small, and in the greater St. Louis area only.

St. Peters location: from Hwy. 94, go North on Mid Rivers Mall Dr. Our office is about 1 mile on the right, directly across from Styger Funeral Home, inside the St. Charles Economic Development Center.
St. Louis location: from Hwy. 270, turn east on Manchester Rd. Go 0.7 mile, and turn left into the strip mall. Office is upstairs, through the glass doors marked 12015.

Which areas do you service?
We service St. Charles County, including St. Peters, O'Fallon, Dardenne Prairie, St. Charles, Wentzville, etc.
We also service West St. Louis County, from Maryland Heights through Chesterfield and Wildwood, down through Kirkwood and Webster Groves. We service as far east as Clayton and Richmond Heights. We also service several smaller "pockets" including the West End -- please call to see whether you are within our service area.
