What is your primary product or service?
Executive Real Estate provides service in the following areas: We List and Sell Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Land, Building lots and New Homes. We build homes in one of our 5 existing subdivsions or on land you own. Our sister company, Executive Homes, Inc is a premier semi-custom home builder located in Saint Peters, MO with developments throughout Saint Chales County, MO.
Executive Real Estate also provides Buyer Representation for people interesting in buying New Construction as well as for those buying existing homes. Our experience in Home Building gives us the expertise to assist a buyer through this very complex process with full representation...a must for anyone!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The Executive Real Estate & Executive Homes Companies are family-owned and locally operated by the Norden Family. Richard and Craig Norden have over 50 years combined building experience in Saint Charles County, MO.
Susan Bowman, Broker in charge of operations for Executive Real Estate, has over 30 experience in Saint Charles County real estate. Well-respected in the local real estate market, Susan is known for her understanding of contracts, her ethics, her marketing skills and a strong negotiating ability. She is past President of the Saint Charles Association of REALTORS as well as a member of the MO Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.
